The Barcelona-Catalonia Circuit (in Catalan and officially, Circuit of Barcelona-Catalonia), also known as Circuito de Montmeló or Circuito de Barcelona, is a racetrack located in the towns of Montmeló and Granollers, in the province of Barcelona.
Inaugurated in 1991, it has a capacity of 131.000 spectators, and hosts various competitions, among which the Motorcycle Grand Prix of Catalonia of the Motorcycle World Championship stands out. It is also one of the most used circuits for the tests of the different European teams during the winter break.
