From the fusion between experience in the world of racing and aeronautical inspiration, an innovative rear view mirror is born, the Rizoma Stealth, a new accessory for super sports motorcycles.
The mirror is made up of a fixed part, which allows direct mounting to the fairing, and a mobile part, which acts as a support for the glass. Thanks to a rotation system that joins the two parts, making a simple gesture, they are aligned in the closed position, the mirror becomes an aerodynamic appendage.
The mounting of the mirror to the fairing is specific for each of the super sports cars for which the Rizoma Stealth has been developed, in search of the best solution in terms of dynamic fluid.
Rhizome Stealth is made from a solid block of aluminum, it is available in different colors obtained through the anodizing process and the convex glass improves retro vision quality.
The design of the Rizoma Stealth, in the shape of a wing and the inclination of 25° with respect to the ground, create an aerodynamic effect that improves stability, grip and driving sensations, especially at high speeds. The aerodynamic load obtained is about 4 kg at 300 km/h.
The ergonomic aspect is also optimized, when the pilot assumes the sporty position, the mirrors are at eye level. In this mode, the driver must not modify the position to obtain the retro visual field, the head is protected by the canopy, a factor that allows not to be impacted by the pressure of the wind at high speed.
On motorcycle models that, in original configuration, have mirrors with integrated turn signals, Rizoma advises, in combination with the Rizoma Stealth, to purchase the Light Unit turn signals (reference FR070BM) to reposition the front turn signals. We suggest checking the mounting kit and the appropriate wiring for the installation of the Light Unit on your own motorcycle (sold separately).
