DATE CHANGES
Changes to the date are not permitted less than 15 days prior to the event.
Important: Any request for modification (whether cancellation or change of date) with less than 15 days notice will not be accepted and will result in the total loss of registration.
If you cancel your spot within 15 days of the ride date, we offer you the option of having the organizers resell it. If we manage to sell your spot to another pilot, you will receive a balance card that you can use for future reservations. However, If we are unable to resell your spot, we will not be able to offer you a credit and you will lose the reservation amount..
