La Yamaha R1 & R6 Cup 2026 officially opens the period of pre-registrations for this season, a very special year in which the championship will celebrate its tenth anniversary established as one of the leading single-make cups at the national level.
The 2026 edition will be held again within the framework of the Spanish Speed Cupin the category SupersportMaintaining the format that has made the championship grow over the years: competitive races, a family atmosphere, great involvement of sponsors and a high level of organization for both amateur and semi-professional drivers.
A championship designed for enjoyment and competition
The Yamaha R1 & R6 Cup is designed so that riders can compete in a professional and accessible environment, with the support of a close-knit organization that accompanies the participants throughout the season.

Sports categories and format
The Yamaha R1 & R6 Cup will feature the following categories in 2026:
- Open
- Master Degrees
- Rookie
All drivers will score points for the Yamaha Cup as for the Spanish Speed Cup, allowing you to enjoy double podium finishes and rankings during race weekends.
Provisional calendar 2026
The provisional calendar for the 2026 season includes five top-level circuits:
- Jerez – Ángel Nieto (two events)
- Albacete
- Navarra
- Alcarrás

In addition, drivers who are repeating a full season or have several years of participation will have special loyalty discountsNo discount can be combined.

- Yamaha R1 Cup: 1.250 €
- Reservation amount: 150 €
Over the next few weeks, the organization will contacting the pre-registered pilots directly to facilitate payment information and apply the corresponding discount in each case.
