Rules

It is important and essential to read the rules before making a reservation for any of the events we hold.

Regulations for batches and driving courses

Failure to comply with any of these rules may put your physical safety and that of other drivers at risk. In the event of a breach, you will be given a verbal warning in the first instance. If you continue to fail to comply, you will be expelled from the event without the right to a refund.

REGISTRATION

Documentation required to register

  • DNI: Essential to complete registration.
  • Annual pass: If you have an annual pass, you must present a valid certificate from your insurer. This certificate must guarantee full medical assistance, without limitations.
  • Federation license: If you have one, present your federation license card. If your license is being processed, a certificate issued by the federation will be valid.
  • Important: Don't forget to notify your federation that you will be participating in the event to ensure your coverage.
  • If you've registered for the entire weekend, remember that you must register for each day. Please note that the bib colors change daily and the wristband is recoded with the information for each day.

Event Information

  • Access to information: From the moment you register, you will find all the detailed information about the event on our website.
  • Soft drinks and energy bars: All participants will have soft drinks and energy bars available during the event. You only need to present your registration bracelet at the organization's box to collect them.

Levels
Registration at a level other than that of the driver will be cause for suspension, without being able to go out on the track until they are relocated to their corresponding level. That all pilots are at their corresponding levels will allow the activity to be carried out with maximum safety.

BRACELETS

Our NFC wristbands revolutionize event management, offering efficient and secure solutions in various areas.

  • Briefing attendance controlBriefing is a critical component of our events. We ensure mandatory attendance for all participants through fast and reliable NFC check-in, optimizing time and ensuring the integrity of the event.
  • Simplified and Safe Track AccessWe're streamlining track access with our NFC wristbands. Riders no longer need to manipulate their equipment to identify themselves. Our system detects the wristband through the suit and gloves, allowing for a smooth, seamless entry onto the track, improving safety and efficiency.
  • Smart Supply ManagementWe've integrated the refreshment system into each rider's NFC wristband. Scanning the wristband at the collection point automatically deducts the corresponding drinks and energy bars. This provides precise control over consumption, avoiding errors and streamlining the service.

The loss of the bracelet will have a cost of €5.
The bracelet stores all the necessary information. If it's removed, you'll lose access to drinks and bars.

RIDERS

Before going out on the track

  • Mandatory briefing: Attendance at the briefing is essential to participate in the activities. There you will receive important information about the circuit, safety regulations and the dynamics of the day. Remember to stamp your bracelet at the briefing to be able to access the track.
  • Transponder: Place the transponder in a visible place on your motorcycle, avoiding metal or carbon areas. This device will allow us to control your times and ensure an equal distribution in the groups, thus improving everyone's safety.

NOISE LIMITATION

In response to the implementation of stricter regulations on noise pollution, racing circuits have adopted a series of technical measures to mitigate noise emissions from vehicles, including modifications to exhaust systems.

CIRCUITS

  • Almeria Circuit Noise measurements are made and are limited to 105 dB at 3/4 of the motorcycle's maximum rpm.
  • Almería Circuit II Noise measurements are made and are limited to 105 dB at 3/4 of the motorcycle's maximum rpm.
  • Cartagena Circuit Noise measurements are made and are limited to 100 dB at 3/4 of the motorcycle's maximum rpm.
