As you have seen in our calendarWe have various types of rides and driving courses. We are going to explain what types of events we carry out and what is the difference between them.
FREE BAND
A free run on a motorcycle speed circuit refers to a driving session in which the pilots have complete freedom to circulate on the track without speed or traffic restrictions. During a free session (or round), participants can accelerate and drive at higher speeds, since there are no limits imposed by other pilots.
These sessions are organized in closed circuits and are usually part of our events. The main objective of a free run is to allow riders to enjoy the riding experience in a safe and controlled environment, where they can explore the limits of their skills and the capabilities of their motorcycles.
It is important to note that despite the freedom of speed, certain safety rules generally apply during free runs. Participants must respect the signs and instructions of the organizers, and must follow the basic driving rules to ensure the safety of everyone present on the circuit.
In short, a free run on a motorcycle racing track is a riding session with no speed restrictions where riders have the chance to enjoy the track and explore their skills.
We usually organize free sessions into 3 levels: Initiated, Intermediate and Advanced:
- The Beginners level is aimed at people with little or no track experience, who wish to acquire basic driving skills and familiarize themselves with the racing environment in a controlled and safe environment.
- The Medium level is aimed at drivers looking to improve their driving skills, hone their technique and become more familiar with the racing environment. This level is intended for drivers who already have some track experience and want to continue to improve their driving skills and track performance.
- The Advanced level is intended for experienced drivers who have extensive knowledge and mastery of circuit driving techniques. Drivers at this level typically have extensive experience in racing or participating in free practice sessions on track and are familiar with advanced driving techniques. These drivers have the opportunity to push their skills to the limit, hone their technique and improve their performance on the track.
It is important to note that due to the high level of skill and speed involved, pilots at the Intermediate and Advanced levels are expected to have a good understanding of the safety rules and respect the specific rules established by the organizer of the tandas.
DRIVING COURSES
A driving course is a training activity designed to improve the driving skills of motorcyclists in a controlled and safe environment. These courses are aimed at drivers of all experience levels, from beginner to advanced, and focus on developing safe and efficient driving techniques in a closed track environment.
The primary objective of a motorcycle track riding course is to provide participants with an opportunity to learn and practice specific riding skills that are essential for safe and effective riding on speed courses. These courses are usually taught by instructors with extensive experience in competitions or sports driving on circuits.
During the course, participants will receive theoretical and practical instruction on a variety of aspects of track driving.
At Motor Extremo we carry out 3 types of driving courses:
- Personalized course: With 1 or 2 pilots per monitor. The courses are theoretical-practical. The theory is offered by the monitor before accessing the track and after practice, on the points that the student needs. Practice on the track is personalized, carrying out the course according to the needs of each student.
- Personal trainer: Exclusive training for pilots of different levels, getting the most out of the student. Our instructors, with extensive riding and coaching experience, understand specifically what it takes to improve you, whether it reflects your personal confidence, your enjoyment or lowering your lap times. His training method is not generic, it is personal to you. He will tailor his approach to you to maximize your potential.
- Course with school: Organized by a driving school together with Motor Extremo and aimed at drivers of all ages, whose needs are to know how the motorcycle works and master its driving both on the road and on the circuit. Through these courses, pilots learn and improve their driving.
FREE TRACK
During free track days, speedways open their doors to motorcycle enthusiasts, giving them access to the track for a set period of time. Riders have the freedom to roam the track at their own pace, practice riding techniques, improve their speed and explore the limits of their bikes in a suitable environment.
It is important to note that, unlike formal competitions, free track days are not competitive, nor are there official classifications or timing. There are no podium positions or winners. The main focus is on allowing drivers to enjoy the track, practice and improve their driving skills in a more relaxed environment.
There are no levels that day and the pilots can ride as they please. They go in and out of the pits when they think it is necessary. They roll and rest when they see fit, without restrictions of any kind, other than the basic rules of the circuit and the organizer of the event. Although free track days are not competitions, they usually have specific security measures and regulations.
These free track days provide an opportunity to practice and improve driving skills without the pressure of a formal competition.
