That is why we want to inform you that if you sign up for a date and it is affected by the extension of the state of alarm, you will not lose money at any time. You have the options to move it to the next date you want or request a refund of the amount paid.

We have also adapted a security protocol to our activity so that we are free of contagion and comfortable.

Attendance to the event with a protective mask is mandatory.
The attendance of companions is limited to a maximum of one person per pilot and of legal age, although it is recommended that if several pilots come together, you accompany each other, thus avoiding more people on the circuit. Said companion must also come with a protective mask.
Limitation of registrants to have a lower number of total capacity.
The collection of the bib number and bracelet will take place in the box of the organization in a tent that we will set up to be able to do it without having to enter the box. The schedule will be from the day before the event from 19.30:21 p.m. to 30:8 p.m. and the same day of the event from XNUMX a.m. thus extending the registration formalization hours to avoid crowds.
When collecting the registration, the timing sticker will also be delivered if you had hired it or decided to hire it at that time.
When collecting the registration, the box that you have assigned will be indicated. The number of drivers per pit will be limited so that the safe separation distance can be maintained. In addition, the boxes will remain open on both sides to always have safety ventilation. GROUPS OF DRIVERS WHO WISH TO BE IN THE SAME BOX MUST NOTIFY IT TO THE ORGANIZATION AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE INDICATING THE DETAILS OF THOSE WHO MAKE UP SAID GROUP.
It is recalled that at all times the safety distance of 2 meters between participants must be maintained throughout the day of the event. Whenever you leave your box you must do so with the mask except if you are going out on the track.
The Briefing will take place in the outdoor padock. All participants must maintain the mandatory safety distance and go with the mask on.
The exit to the track will be made directly from the box with the riding already on and at all times maintaining a single line.
Whenever you go to the organization's box to pick up your soft drinks, energy bars, photos or make any query, it will be done in stages and always keeping the safety distances of 2 meters between other people.
The circuit facilities will be disinfected from the day before and during the celebration of the event.
When going to the bar or restaurant, remember to do so in stages and always keeping safe distances.
Each participant and companion will be identified when accessing the circuit and will be the only people who will be able to enter and exit the circuit. Access to the circuit facilities will not be allowed to people who are not identified.
